How much dues a trip to Santorini cost?

The cost of the private tour is usually around €240-€500 for the half-day experience. Our guides can make the history of Santorini come alive for you and your family.

Inclusions

Prices are per minibus/car not per person and include a private tour guide and qualified chauffeur, collection and return to your Santorini hotel and tax but not entrance fees where applicable.

Scheduling

We are available for tours from 7 am – 9 pm daily, 365 days a year, and typically begin at the concierge desk of your Santorini hotel and end at the place of your choice! However, your pick-up and drop-off locations and times can be prearranged to meet your wishes – let’s plan a Santorini experience together!

Reservation and Deposit

We do not ask for payment in full at time of booking. For any reservation on a tour is required to pay a small sum of money as a deposit.
A deposit of 50 Euros per tour will reserve your day with us.  You will pay the balance in cash after the tour.

Refund Policy

Our vehicles are climate controlled, so with our tours, you don’t feel the heatwave! If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Planning

Plan to take our tour on the first day of your visit to familiarize yourself with the island and figure out which areas you might want to spend more time exploring.

Lunch

Plan to dine somewhere along the way or simply “graze” your way through the day – food and the island go hand-in-hand.
Restrooms are another story – be prepared to ask your guide about that one!

Stops

You will see all the attractions outlined on the tour page unless you specify otherwise. Consider taking notes, and lots of pictures. And if you see something you like along the route, just yell STOP! Your wish is our command.

Walking

As this is a Private Tour, you set the pace. Your Chauffeur can drop you off (pick you up at a predetermined stop) just about anywhere and will remain in the car. Your guide will accompany you on any walks based upon what you want to see and how long you want to stop.

Languages

We offer tours in other languages! When you send us your booking form you will be asked if you need a guide who speaks a language other than English.

Entrance Fees

Tickets to attractions are not included but can be purchased on the spot. The cost for a museum will not be more than € 12 per person.

Gratuities

Tipping is always optional. If you had a great time and want to thank your guide and driver, a gratuity is always appreciated.
