Oia

The tour begins with a scenic journey to Oia, admiring the panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and neighboring islands along the way. The village of Oia is situated on top of a hill which offers a breathtaking view over the volcanic caldera of Santorini. This beautiful village with its narrow streets, traditional whitewashed houses, and blue-domed churches provide a picture-postcard vision of the Greek Island.

Imerovigli

Enjoy the stunning views in the village of Imerovigli, situated on a higher cliff. In front of the village is an enormous rock called Skaros, which used to be the best spot to look out for pirates.

Firostefani

On the way, we will make a short stop in Firostefani to see the famous Blue Dome Church, the subject of so many Santorini postcards.

Prophet Ilias

Make your way to the peak of Prophet Ilias, Santorini’s highest mountain that stands some 2000 feet above the sea. Be amazed by the island vistas around you and follow your guide inside the ornate Greek Christian monastery perched at the mountain’s summit.

Pyrgos or Megalochori

Visit the village of Pyrgos, the old capital of the island, take a guided walk along the narrow paths to the ruins of the Venetian castle.

At the end of the tour, your tour guide will drop you at your hotel or another Santorini location i.e. Airport, Port or at the Cable in Fira town.

We will pick you up from your hotel or nearest place that has parking. Please contact us and let us know where you are staying and we will do our best to arrange a meeting place.

Ferry Port/Airport meeting point

The driver will be waiting for you in the arrival area and will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Cruise Port pick-up

The meeting point for the tour is at the top of the cable car’s exit in Fira town. Your guide will wait for you there, holding a sign with your name on it. Please note, all cruise passengers with individual programs are taken to the old Port of Fira, by tender boats. From the old port, you will take the cable car up to Fira town. The journey with a cable car takes 3 minutes and costs €6 one-way. Approximate start of the tour should be 90 minutes after the scheduled arrival of the cruise ship.
